Mr. President. Fire this summbich
Johhny Sutton. You hired him in 2001. It’s time he was on his way. Give him his walking papers. Let him go. Heck, give him a freakin’ medal like you did George Tenhet, I don’t care, just put his azz on the road.
After crucifying Border Agents Ramos and Compean, this piece of legalistic trash has done it again: this time to a 25 year old Texas Deputy who had the misfortune of being the victim of attempted murder by a carload of illegal immigrants. They tried to run him over with a Chevy Suburban. He fired his gun at the tires of the fleeing vehicle which crashed into a fence. One of the illegal passengers was injured. But every dang one of them are alive today, free, and able to complain about the grave injustices done to their freakin’ civil rights. They’re probably lawyerin’ up as we speak to sue the big bad gringos for mega-millions, just like the scumbag drug-runner in the Ramos-Compean case.
Does our government defend the officers charged with the duty of defending our citizens? No. Lawyer Johhny Sutton goes after the deputy with the full force and weight of the Federal government.
Rep. Ted Poe, Texas Republican, called the prosecution and conviction of Hernandez, known to his friends as “Gilmer,” “another example of how the federal government is more concerned about people [who are] illegally invading America than it is about the men who protect America.” “Once again, our government is on the wrong side of the border war,” Mr. Poe said.
I want to see that your administration is on the right side of the border war, Mr. President. It’s time to do the right thing.
Fire Sutton. Pardon Ramos and Compean. Pardon Deputy Gilmer Hernandez.
We’re waiting.

‘Fire Sutton. Pardon Ramos and Compean. Pardon Deputy Gilmer Hernandez.’
And while we are watching waiting here, the sheep support culling the sheepdogs from the heard over there?
I don’t think Sutten is the problem. He’s just taking personal advantage of the socialist pig’s agenda to destroy the only thing that prevents socialists control. That would be a border, language and culture.
Maybe he’s not the problem.
I dunno. This deputy could have been given some type of administrative reprimand, procedural training, etc. But now, he’s a convict. That ain’t right.
You know the whole concept of a “Jury Of Your Peers” starts to break down when 81% of the jury pool consists of the descendants of illegal aliens.
Its unrealistic to expect them to be unbiased towards those tasked with stemming the flow of their kinfolk.
Yep; should be able to request a change in venue.
Ted Poe for president! He’s the Houston judge that sentenced a shoplifter to a week of carrying a sandwich board sign in front of the store he stole that said: “I was convicted of shoplifting”
Disgusting and contemptible actions on the part of an officer of the U.S. government- but totally expected at this point. I am already sending off letters to the President, Senators, and Reps. on behalf of the two border patrol officers.
There was a time in my life I almost worked for Border Patrol. Looking back I am glad I don’t.

Oh, but Paul, that would be cruel and unusual punishment…
“Its unrealistic to expect them to be unbiased towards those tasked with stemming the flow of their kinfolk.”
Perfectly phrased. Don’t see how that could possibly be spun into discrimination, which is why it is a point you will never hear.
What is the going price for the Mexican drug cartel to purchase
an US District Attorney?
Its unrealistic to expect them to be unbiased towards those tasked with stemming the flow of their kinfolk.”
I see a loophole RT. Texacan’s had the same problem with Santa Anna. The Alamo?
At some some point all arguments negate one another and action resolves things.
I go with confidence we will win after the so called dialog ends.
