24 Eyes is an interesting place for someone who wants to be able to scan the news headlines from various sources. I’ve put a launch button in the sidebar if you ever want to check up on breaking headlines, plus finance, sports, and other areas of interest.
24 eyes is also customizable, import your own RSS feeds, add tabs, and make your own newspaper. I’m going to try and figure out if it can be configured with my goodle reader, and have a separate tab just for those sites.
Wonders of modern technology (web 2.0)
And, it is this week’s pick for Website of the Week. 24 Eyes
Update: I still like 24 Eyes, and I’m not taking away anything from them. But I also wanted to draw your attention to another site in the same mold as 24E, it’s called Pageflakes, and a launch button is at the top of the sidebar. – nuke

Well one of these days, I’ll find out what a RSS feed, a tab, and a web 2.0 is.
In the mean time, I have one more college football game that is about to start, but my tivo will have to finish for me.
I’ve been watching college football since 11.am.CDT, and it is now 11p.m.CDT.
There have been some great and entertaining games today, and really want to see the QB for Hawaii, one of the finest stories redemption, and success I’ve encountered in quite a while.
Over The Rainbow.
I think you have to have a website or blog or something to use it, N2L.
/Clueless in Florida.
no you don’t.

Open Source Spying.
Courtesy warning, this piece is twenty one pages.
Well I cannot get anything on that link – just a headline and blank page.
Try it now
I’m also looking at another mashup called pageflakes.
It is similar to 24 eyes, but has a team feature that will allow y’all to add links or websites.
If y’all can’t see anything at the 24 eyes link, please let me know. that will make my decision a lot easier.
I can get the 24eyes link, just don’t understand what to do with it. I really don’t have time to try and learn all this stuff.
As for the link I provided on Open Source Spying, I’ve been able to get through half of the story, and it’s fascinating.
Thanks for the OS Spying link.
Hi Nuke – just clicked on it again and …yes very good site. Might take a while to get to really know it.
