P.P.P.S.: Isn’t it not so legal? … See also this exegesis of the elements of a violation of 18 U.S.C. 2511 (1) (a). I’m not an expert, but it looks like a potential minefield for Hillary. Think what Patrick Fitzgerald could have done with the provision criminalizing anyone who “intentionally uses, or endeavors to use, the contents of any wire, oral, or electronic communication” knowing it was obtained illegally….
Concludes Kaus: I guess it depends on what “uses” means.
