“Fleebaggers” Get Back To Where You Once Belonged

Collective bargaining is dead in Wisconsin, thanks to a strategy first discussed by Prof. Lindgren at Volokh Conspiracy.

The Wisconsin Senate did exactly what Lindgren proposed.

Wisconsin Senate GOP Votes to Strip State Workers of Collective Bargaining Rights.

The Senate requires a quorum to take up any measures that spend money. But Republicans on Wednesday split from the legislation the proposal to curtail union rights, and a special conference committee of state lawmakers approved that bill a short time later.

Done and done.

Now the union bosses, their thugs and all the smelly hippies can go cry in their beers, for all I care. The message to the public unions is clear, their ripping off the public without end is over.

For some reason a song comes to mind.

  2. I think it’s time to pass right to work legislation in Wisconsin.

And, while they’re at it, pass the Wyoming style conceal carry law.

    /Couldn’t hurt.

    • Man, would that be another shit storm in Madison.
Walker chose his battle, he campaigned on it and he stuck to his guns.
      That’s leadership.

As for Wyoming’s gun law, that is the way it should be everywhere.

      A Texas tale:

Seems a guy cruises through a stop sign and gets pulled over by a local policeman. Guy hands the cop his driver’s license, insurance verification and his concealed carry permit.

“Okay, Mr. Smith,” the cop says, “I see your CHL permit. Are you carrying today?”
      “Yes, I am.”

“Well then, better tell me what you got.”
Smith says, “Well, I got a .357 revolver inside my coat. There’s a 9mm semi-auto in the glove box and I’ve got a .22 magnum derringer in my right boot.”

“Okay,” the cop says. “Anything else?”
“Yeah, back in the trunk, there’s an AR15 and a shotgun. That’s about it.”

“Mr. Smith, are you on your way to or from a gun range…?”

“Well then, what are you afraid of…?”
      “Not a damn thing!”

  3. Yup! I can hear the union death throes now. Music to my ears.

  4. Right to Work is the way to go.
