So Confused

Back in the good old days, when I was just a young ‘honkey’, everything seemed so clear.

Now? I don’t know if I am a ‘creepy-ass cracker’(racist pejorative) or a ‘creepy ass-cracker’(homosexual pejorative) or a ‘creepy ass cracker.’(term of endearment?)

This video doesn’t ameliorate my confusion.

11/07/12: See you at the polls!

I remember Stern’s crew doing this in time for the ’08 election. Seems like the Obama supporters haven’t learned much.

To all Obama voters: be sure and get to the polls on Wednesday, November 7, 2012.

NFL has more integrity than Mainstream Media

Poor ol’ Brian Stropolo.  He posted pictures of himself at a New Orleans Saints pre-season tailgate party on Facebook.  ESPN found out and told on him.  Rightly so, I believe.  Especially since he was supposed to officiate a Saints game.

At least the NFL had the integrity to remove  him.  The NFL pulled him from the game to avoid the appearance of impropriety.

You probably heard about it.

Now I know that politics is nowhere near as important as professional football.  So, I guess I’m not real surprised to see this story at Fox News.

A CNN political reporter last week tweeted a link to a fundraising page for the Obama campaign — one selling tickets for as much as $5,000 for a Milwaukee, Wis., reception.

But, still.  Seriously CNN?  You care nothing about the appearance of impropriety?
When asked, CNN didn’t even respond.

The Friday before the State-Auburn game, and other interesting stuff

In today’s racially charged political environment, if any political disagreement with the current occupant of the White House gets characterized by the drive-by’s as racism, what does this button (seen at the demo convention) mean?

Other than illustrating the Democrat penchant for shallow-thinking-bumper-sticker politics, does voting for someone because of their race mean the same as not voting for that person for the same reason?

This is the World Famous Friday Open Thread. Hubba, hubba, hubba.

I’ve Never Been To NYC And I Never Will

I would have that etched in a grave stone if I were to be buried, instead of cremated.

About the only thing I’m missing by not going are some interesting historical sites and museums. The rest of it they can keep. I’ve got all the multi-culti I can handle right here in Texas and competing with so many millions living on top of each other for resources holds no appeal for me. As far as that goes, Dallas is much bigger than I prefer, but I couldn’t make any money living in a small town like the one I grew up in.

I have never been required to go to NYC for business and that is the only reason I would be compelled to go. Not only for the reasons listed already, but for a few others, one being I would be arrested and charged with defacing a national monument within hours after arriving, as what I would do at Grant’s tomb would never pass for roses.

The newest reasons to reinforce my vow never to go there are much more contemporary, such as the idiotic and faithful liberal policy makers and voters. Not just some anti-freedom idiots telling me what I can and cannot eat or drink, but for those same fools requiring any tools I may prefer to protect myself being forbidden for most residents and for visitors.

We already know how anti-gun the liberals in NYC are(both pols and the public), which is enough to write that place off as a destination, but they even have laws against certain types of pocket knives. That’s right, pocket knives!

Here is a story about a visitor to NYC, a bible college student from Pa.

In New York state, it’s illegal to carry a “gravity knife” — a knife with a blade that is released from its handle by flicking a wrist and then locks into place. A switchblade, also illegal to carry in New York, isn’t a gravity knife because a spring opens the blade. A typical Swiss Army knife — legal, in theory — also isn’t a gravity knife because it can’t be opened just by flicking.

Read it all, it is truly a sad commentary on life in what is supposed to be one of America’s greatest cities. If I were to be in that God forsaken city, I would really be in trouble, as I carry a “gravity” pocket knife, a small fixed blade in my wallet and a “necklace” fixed blade. I’ve carried a pocket knife since I was about seven years old, a Schrade folder given to me by my grandfather, a knife I carried in my pocket for almost twenty years. It was replaced because of another gift knife and because the blade was so worn down from sharpening and use, it was only valuable as a keepsake and not as a tool.

All this only reinforces my desire to never visit NYC and apparently there is at least one other young man who feels the same way, a college freshman from Pa. with a criminal record.

“I don’t plan on visiting New York unless I have to,” he said.

Me either, young man.
Now, I think I will clean some clean guns and think of the place where I belong.

An Emotional Plea: Help With A Rescue, Be An Occupy Angel

With Sarah McLachlan tugging at your emotions, you simply must pick up the phone and help.

I think it’s appropriate …

On behalf of this country, I think it’s appropriate to apologize to … muslims?

Huh?

Mike Quigley, Chicago democrat presumes that he should speak for this nation (around the 2:15 mark — h/t Rebel Pundit) in his speech to a group of muslim students in Chicago.

Mike Quigley has made his choice.

Atta boy Mikey.

Maybe they’ll kill you last. You dumbfuck. And, I think it’s appropriate to apologize to dumfucks everywhere for including you in their group.

Joining Forces With The Thoroughly PO’ed

I don’t get really PO’ed easily.

Now, after seeing how the liberals in this country are trying to Alinsky and demonize the only serious people in Congress trying to resolve the unsustainable debt this country has accrued, I have had it and am completely and thoroughly pissed off.

I am not alone, not by a damn sight.

I have used my internet name for almost nine years for very good reasons. Now, I may consider changing it to “death2liberals.” I’m done with them, they are not my fellow countrymen or my friends. They cannot be relied upon to defend this nation with arms, instead they agitate against our military in every conceivable way. They abhor the Constitution and would like to see it abolished or altered to suit their dysfunctional view. They have attacked or destroyed nearly every traditional institution in this country.

They are not deserving of the appelation “American.” They are pusilanimous and parasitic.

This now not only applies to liberals/Marxists, but for any that call themselves Democrats or vote for any that belong to that party, including RINOs.

Steve Wynn finally sees the light and criticizes Obama? Go to Hell, you raging idiot, you still vote as a Democrat and support the scoundrel and miscreant Harry Reid. How about an apology to America, asshole.

Peggy Noonan, you defended and swooned over Obama in ’08, criticized McCain and never stated how you voted. You are a RINO GOP establishment mouthpiece that had this to say yesterday:

The Republican establishment reasserted itself this week, and good thing, too, because the establishment was right.

Peggy, go to Hell. Even if you did offer some muted criticisms of the Marxist In Chief(piss be upon him), you too are part of the problem and I wouldn’t piss on your leg if your pants suit was on fire.

Savory Schadenfruede

Mmmmmmmm the tears of unfathomable sadness......Mmm-Yummmy!

The outcome of the election for Wisconsin Supreme Court would please Eric Cartman, and yes, he would lick “the tears of unfathomable sadness” from the radical left that had so much invested in JoAnne Kloppenburg winning.

With a big bowl of Shadenfruede chili to comfort Kloppenburg after her premature victory speech, we now have the gnashing of fangs and wails of “conspiracy” and “election-rigging” by the radical left. They served us up with such a delicious array of schadenfruede, it is really more of a goulash than a chili.

How about this big chunk of red meat the Krazy Kos Kidz offered up the day after the election, with 429 celebratory and gloating libturd comments:

Can we please, please, please not try to be the smartest ones in the room just this one time and play the game that Republicans always play. Let’s declare victory now and talk about pushing Prosser off the stage. This is the message.

Kloppenburg won an election she should never have won. What a humiliation for the Tea Party and their media toads.

This is a total Wisonsin smackdown of Scott Walker

Prosser should really understand it is time to leave the stage.

Prosser sticking around is just hurting Wisconsin.

There is serious businesss to conduct and Prosser is just gumming up the works by trying to challenge this.

A recount is really pro-forma – the people of Wisconsin have obviously spoken.

Of course this means that a majority of those Republican senators are in deep trouble now.

Nobody ever would have predicted this type of win. It is humiliating for Walker.

This really puts egg on Walker’s face is not over his whole body (ewwwwwww).

Walker shoud just declare Kloppenburg the winner and get on with it.

Add your own. But whatever you do don’t say, “Nothing’s settled. Now we have to have a recount. Boy aren’t I the sensible democrat.” To hell with that. This is an opportunity.

Messaging, messaging, messaging!!!

Oh, and if Kloppenburg falls behind? See Norm Coleman circa 2008. Guy hasn’t suffered one bit for his total aboutface when he started losing.(posted by Wilbur)

Just remember Willlllllbur, it ain’t chili if it has beans in it and you are full of them.

Then comes little prissy Chrissy “Leg Tingler” Matthews. He and his guests were busy determining the significance of the Kloppenburg victory, all the while the breaking news of the new vote count is crawling on the bottom of the screen. It was a delicious spicy addition to the stew. Then, for perhaps the first time in history, Michael Mooron actually contributed to the stew pot, instead of devouring it all, by going on a twitter binge.

The lefturds were just entirely too generous this week, when all they had to do was try and be rational about a close election and wait for the official results, but I couldn’t expect them to behave in a fashion contrary to their nature.

Now they are upset, but the rational adult voices are displacing their tantrums. Such as Nate Silver of the NYSlimes, of all places.

Nevertheless, if you want to allege that there’s a conspiracy afoot, the statistical evidence tends to work against you. Waukesha County’s revised turnout figures are pretty normal for Waukesha County, a wealthy, white suburban county that usually votes at high rates, whereas its original figures were at the low end of reasonable expectations, given the way the rest of the state voted.

Also of note is that the number of votes that Ms. Nickolaus says she failed to count in Brookfield, amounting to 11 percent of the county total, is in line with the proportion Brookfield normally represents: the city supplied 11 percent of Waukesha County’s total vote in both the 2008 and 2010 general elections.

If this was a conspiracy, it was one executed with an extraordinarily high degree of cunning and competence. I’m more inclined to think that Ms. Nickolaus, who has drawn complaints for her sloppy management practices in the past, is no savvier than she seems.

One thing libturds should learn in all this is, never celebrate too soon and never EVER mess with Eric Cartman.

Napolitano on acid?

Janet Napolitano has made the claim that the southern border with Mexico is secure and that US  border towns are safe.  According to Napolitano, security “is better now than it ever has been.”

No kidding.  She really said that.

What a f’ing idiot.

The liberal mindset

What’s more disturbing than this video? I’ll tell you.

Calling Krugman An A$$-Hole Is Being Civil

For such a despicable liberal hack, the above descriptive term is within the realm of civility. Personally, I liken Krugman to the toxic, bacterial laden contents that depart said orifice, but I digress.

On Friday night’s episode of Fox News show “Red Eye,” pollster (and non Kool-Aid drinking Democrat) Pat Caddell accurately describes Krugman.
From The Daily Caller:

That is the “flat-out” truth, spoken clearly and concisely. Caddell points out an example or two, but there is a litany of despicable comments the former economic adviser to Enron, Krugman, has made in years past. Things he has said since the horrific Tucson massacre have further exposed him as the a$$-hole he truly is.

Nile Gardiner of the London Telegraph has posted on this which includes Krugman twice.

A shameful week for America’s liberal elites. The top 10 most ridiculous left-wing attacks on US conservatives following the Arizona shootings:

#1)Paul Krugman–We don’t have proof yet that this was political, but the odds are that it was. She’s been the target of violence before. And for those wondering why a Blue Dog Democrat, the kind Republicans might be able to work with, might be a target, the answer is that she’s a Democrat who survived what was otherwise a GOP sweep in Arizona, precisely because the Republicans nominated a Tea Party activist.

#5)Paul Krugman–So will the Arizona massacre make our discourse less toxic? It’s really up to G.O.P. leaders. Will they accept the reality of what’s happening to America, and take a stand against eliminationist rhetoric? Or will they try to dismiss the massacre as the mere act of a deranged individual, and go on as before? If Arizona promotes some real soul-searching, it could prove a turning point. If it doesn’t, Saturday’s atrocity will be just the beginning.

He is not only wrong about this, and about pretty much everything else he comments on, but polling numbers from many sources confirm it.

From Yossi Gestetner, AZ Shooting Polls are Bad News for Libs, Media(links at the source):

A CBS News Poll shows that 57% surveyed, including 57% Independents, do not associate political rhetoric with the shooting.

A Rasmussen Poll released Thursday, January 13, 2010, writes that 62% survey think that stricter gun rules would not have avoided the Arizona shooting, and 58% say so in the above CBS Poll.

56% in the above Rasmussen poll say that the United States does not need stricter gun laws.

Only fifteen percent, again: only 15%, in a Quinnipiac Poll taken January 10-11, say that Overheated Political Rhetoric was a main reason for the Arizona Shooting, and only 9% say lax gun laws was the main reason. IN FACT, 40% in this poll say this shooting could not have been prevented!

36% in the above poll say that liberals are more responsible for heated political rhetoric, versus 32% who say Conservatives are more responsible.

As for Krugman’s statement “If Arizona promotes some real soul-searching, it could prove a turning point. If it doesn’t, Saturday’s atrocity will be just the beginning,” he was actually prescient, but not in the way he foresaw.
From Gateway Pundit, the neo-libturd Charles “Nancy” Johnson’s latest man crush, Eric Fuller, was arrested at a Tucson “soul searching” forum for threatening the life of the leader of the Tucson Tea Party patriots.

As for the a$$-hole Krugman, I’m confident the 50 or 60 subscribers the NYSlimes has support his false and iniquitous claims, unreservedly. Which insures he will never behave any differently.

Some how the rest of us will manage to survive without his caustic partisan rhetoric and distortions of reality. We have managed to do so quite nicely so far, for one simple reason.

He’s an a$$-hole.

Epic Failure at DOJ

The Ghailani verdict is in.

The worst Administration in the history of the republic is served by the the most inept Department of Justice ever.

Liz Cheney, Debra Burlingame, and Bill Kristol, Directors of Keep America Safe had this to say

“Bad ideas have dangerous consequences. The Obama Administration recklessly insisted on a civilian trial for Ahmed Ghailani, and rolled the dice in a time of war. The Department of Justice says it’s pleased by the verdict. Ask the families of the victims if they’re pleased. And this result isn’t just embarrassing. It’s dangerous. It signals weakness in a time of war. The Ghailani trial was supposed to be a test case for future trials of 9/11 terrorists.

We urge the president: End this reckless experiment. Reverse course. Use the military commissions at Guantanamo that Congress has authorized. And, above all–accept the fact that we are at war.”

Abandon FaceBook!!!

I previously wrote about my personal reasons for not joining FB in this post.

That post was to explain my reasons for not joining, not to encourage others to abandon FB.

Not anymore!

Not only should FB subscribers abandon this abominable site for the reasons I have already posted on, this next one should be enough on its own.

Facebook: Criticizing gays no longer allowed, but hoping for Limbaugh’s slow death OK!

At the end of last week Facebook announced that it had allied with the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) to remove what it considers anti-gay references from the social networking site.

According to GLAAD president Jarrett Barrios, he considers anti-gay references as “violent, hateful speech,” and FB has signed on to this agenda.

However, FB does more than a little side step in addressing their own policy…“You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user. You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence,”…when it comes to numerous FB groups that are opposed to Rush Limbaugh, such as:

I Hate Rush Limbaugh
I Can’t Wait For Rush Limbaugh to Die
Rush Limbaugh Should Die Slowly

The words “hate” and “die” are actually in the titles of these groups, but FB doesn’t see anything wrong with that, and they never will, they are committed doctrinaire liberals.
They demonstrated this clearly months ago, by shutting down conservative groups.

In the latest evolution of FB, now that they think they are too big to fail, they set the terms of political correctness that its subscribers must adhere to or face being banished.

My view today is slightly different than it was when I last posted on FB. Now, I wish they would pause and suffer the tortures of the damned at each and every one of the nine rings of HELL, ascend to the top and repeat the descent, for eternity.

Also, I’m certain the petulant libturds at FB will once again display their displeasure with my posting this, as my initial post was spammed over five hundred times. No other post on this site has ever received that level of spam, not even the posts that are critical of islam.

If that response doesn’t reveal how fascistic FB is, nothing will.

Suffer In Hell, FaceBook

One More Reason I Won’t Join Face Book

Never was interested in FB in the first place. Seemed like another “fad” to me, another one of those popular things to do, which doesn’t appeal to me.

Then, I heard about the security issues that members had to contend with. That certainly didn’t increase my interest.

Then what was the final straw? I got an invitation from a “friend” to join. The FB invitation even chided me by showing a list of people I already knew that were on FB. Many of these alleged friends didn’t even know my real name, only my pen name. I thought WTH? How would FB know that? All of those people never invited me; then the realization struck.
FB was reading my contacts list on my email account!

That not only made me angry, it made me feel violated and I swore I would never even consider joining that vile network.

Now I find there is yet another reason for me not to join, as well as a reason for my friends and family not to:
Face Book Is Shutting Down Conservatives Pages!

On August the 22nd Jane’s Facebook profile, complete with as many as 5,000 friends and contacts, was wiped off of the face (book) of the earth. Jane tells us that this practice has apparently become “a hobby” to those in charge of the social networking site. Unfortunately she is right. Jane’s experience was not the only one in the very recent past that we are familiar with. In fact, on or about July 20th my “Conservative Refocus” Facebook profile was also deleted along with 3,000 + friends and contacts.

I highly recommend reading the article, as well as the comments. This instance of deletion is not the only one.
Also, I did not know this, until I read the comments, that one of the co-founders of FB, Chris Hughes, was brought in to work on the Øbummer 2008 campaign online social media networking.

FB can go straight to the ninth circle of Hell without stopping at the first eight, as far as I am concerned.

Sheila Jackson Lee: Genius

We all thought Congressman Hank Johnson (D-GA) had it all wrapped up for his assertion that “Guam may tip over and capsize.” The Jeanyus of the Year award was all his, hands down.

But, I suppose he just did it too early in the year. It’s like leaving too much time on the clock, and having the other team take the team down the field for the winning score in the final moments.

(ed note: couldn’t resist the football analogy. You see, it’s only 50 days till college football season! yessum.)

Sorry Hank. We’ve got a new Contendah! Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX).

Who knows if Sheila will win the title? It’s only July.

Zo’ Spanks Ho’ Sheryl Cro’

Most of you are familiar with our right wing brother Alphonso.

His use of the video medium to correct and lambaste liberal nuttiness for the past several years has been a constant source of pleasure for me. I always look forward to his latest video, which is what follows.

A little background, if you aren’t aware of or remember some of Sheryl Crow’s lefturd nuttiness.

First of all, she brought this recent spanking on herself with her absurd comment recently about the Tea Party movement.

“I appreciate the fact that those people are out there and that they are fired up,” responded Crow, before adding that Tea Partiers “haven’t educated themselves…they’re just pissed off.”

Secondly, she made a bizarre statement a few years ago while traveling the country with Al Gore’s mistress, Laurie David, promoting global warming hysteria. What was this disgusting statement that has provoked others into refusing to shake her hand, you ask?

I propose a limitation be put on how many squares of toilet paper can be used in any one sitting. Now, I don’t want to rob any law-abiding American of his or her God-given rights, but I think we are an industrious enough people that we can make it work with only one square per restroom visit, except, of course, on those pesky occasions where 2 to 3 could be required.

What a Charmin’…uh…charming concept.

So with that info in mind, I present you with Zo’s latest lefturd(no pun intended) smack down.

Grim Milestone Alert

It was just one year ago that Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi accused the CIA of lying in the “waterboarding kerfluffle”

“I wasn’t briefed, I was informed that somebody else had been briefed about it.”

Of course she knew. All of this happened before Howard Dean poisoned the well with his anti-war Presidential campaign in 2004.

They all knew.

Recall this from Chuck Schumer on “torture.”

One year ago, Miss Pelosi called for a truth commission to get to the bottom of things, but the only truth for the Speaker it seems, is to bury this episode as deeply as possible down the memory hole.

Grim milestone indeed.

More insanity from Pelosiville

Those Krazy Kos Kidz, All Wee-Weed Up!

This is too funny to just post in the links.

From HillBuzz:

“Not fair! Not fair! Not fair!”, they all shout, like small children upset things they did to siblings (with great glee) are now being done to them when the shoe is on the other foot.

It’s hilarious to watch.

As is his description of the dkos nutjobs flinging things in their parent’s basement.
You have got to read this one.

Max “Tater” Baucus, drunk in public

This video of Montana senator Max Baucus has made the rounds on the internet tubes over the past few days.  I watched a few minutes of it and couldn’t help but be reminded of Ron White’s hilarious “Drunk In Public” routine …

Not that Ol’ Tater doesn’t have his defenders. The least imaginative excuse that I’ve seen so far is that Max was just “tired and angry” after expending so much effort and brainpower on the healthcare fiasco. Heh. Not even a kennedyesque, I was on medication.

Sigh. Call me old school, but I long for the days when watching politicians speak out of both sides of their mouth, at least had some entertainment value …

And with that, I present an oldie but goodie, “The Whiskey Speech,” by the Judge Noah S. Soggy Sweat, Jr. to the Mississippi Legislature in 1952 …

“My friends,

“I had not intended to discuss this controversial subject at this particular time. However, I want you to know that I do not shun controversy. On the contrary, I will take a stand on any issue at any time, regardless of how fraught with controversy it might be. You have asked me how I feel about whiskey. All right, here is how I feel about whiskey.

“If when you say whiskey you mean the devil’s brew, the poison scourge, the bloody monster, that defiles innocence, dethrones reason, destroys the home, creates misery and poverty, yea, literally takes the bread from the mouths of little children; if you mean the evil drink that topples the Christian man and woman from the pinnacle of righteous, gracious living into the bottomless pit of degradation, and despair, and shame and helplessness, and hopelessness, then certainly I am against it.

“But;

“If when you say whiskey you mean the oil of conversation, the philosophic wine, the ale that is consumed when good fellows get together, that puts a song in their hearts and laughter on their lips, and the warm glow of contentment in their eyes; if you mean Christmas cheer; if you mean the stimulating drink that puts the spring in the old gentleman’s step on a frosty, crispy morning; if you mean the drink which enables a man to magnify his joy, and his happiness, and to forget, if only for a little while, life’s great tragedies, and heartaches, and sorrows; if you mean that drink, the sale of which pours into our treasuries untold millions of dollars, which are used to provide tender care for our little crippled children, our blind, our deaf, our dumb, our pitiful aged and infirm; to build highways and hospitals and schools, then certainly I am for it.

“This is my stand. I will not retreat from it. I will not compromise.”

They don’t make ’em like that anymore.

Green Peace Gets Pwned!

This happened in Copenhagen earlier this week, during the “Global Tax” conference, by the group CFACT.

Somewhere in Arkansas

A village is missing an idiot.

Senator Blanche Lincoln (D-AR), was asked the following question …
“What part of the Constitution do you think gives Congress the authority to mandate that individuals have to purchase health insurance?”

“Well, I just think the Constitution charges Congress with the health and well-being of the people,” Lincoln said.

CNSNews.com then asked the Senator: “So, what area though? You’re saying the health and well-being. What area, though, does that fall under?”

“The health and well-being of the people of the country,” she replied.

Of course. The old “health and well-being clause.” How could anyone have missed that?

Perhaps Mrs. Lincoln might be reminded of other words in the Constitution: The Oath of Office. In fact, the oath is required by the Constitution; the wording is prescribed by law.

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

Mrs. Lincoln, the words “health” and “well-being” do not appear anywhere in the Constitution.

You are a **#$% disgrace.
